Our work shows what's on the land and how it sits, so you can plan and share information with confidence. We document visible conditions; we don't perform boundary surveys.

I’m Chris Johns, founder of Practical Land Services in Tifton, Georgia. My background includes over 25 years of hands-on experience in construction, infrastructure, field inspection, and heavy equipment operation. That experience shapes how I approach property documentation: understanding site conditions, paying attention to details, and delivering clear, organized information that helps landowners and contractors understand their property.
